Confirm tomorrow's bookings

Each afternoon Sally drafts a friendly confirmation for everyone booked tomorrow. You tap approve, she sends. Nothing ever goes out on its own.

A quick "see you tomorrow" makes clients feel looked after, and keeps your day running on time. Sally writes one for everyone booked tomorrow and drops it into your Follow-ups queue. You read it, tweak it, untick anyone you'd rather not message, and approve. Only then does anything send.

How it works

Turn it on

Go to Settings ▸ Business setup ▸ Confirm tomorrow's bookings and flip the toggle on. It's off by default, so nothing happens until you opt in.

Sally drafts the batch

Each afternoon Sally gathers everyone booked for tomorrow and writes one confirmation message into your Follow-ups queue, ready for you to look over.

Edit and choose who

Adjust the shared template if you like, {name}, {service} and {time} fill in per client. Untick anyone you don't want to message, for example a regular you'll see anyway.

Approve and send

Tap Approve and send, and only then does anything go out. It's email only, and no one is ever double-sent.

Sally's drafted 'Confirm tomorrow's bookings' card in the Follow-ups queue: a shared template with {name}, {service} and {time} placeholders, a checklist of three clients booked tomorrow with two ticked and one skipped because they have no email on file, and Approve and send (2) and Dismiss buttons.
Sally's draft lands in Follow-ups. You approve before anything sends.

Why use it (when you already have reminders)

Automatic reminders are logistics, a system note that lands in an inbox so fewer people forget. This is different: it's your salon proactively touching base, in your own words, with you approving every message before it goes.

Worth being clear This isn't mainly a no-show tool. It's a relationship touch and a whole-day safety net, a friendly check-in across everyone booked tomorrow, that you read and approve before it sends.
