Your best clients drift away quietly, they mean to rebook and just forget. Rebooking reminders catch that moment: when someone's due for their next visit, Sally drafts a friendly nudge into your approve queue. Nothing is ever sent without you.
How it works
Sally spots who's due
Sally watches each client's visit history and works out when they're due back. You can set a rebook cadence per service (for example, a colour every 6 weeks), or let Sally learn the rhythm from each client's own pattern. With nothing set, it uses a sensible ~6-week default.
It drafts a warm nudge
When a client passes their due date, Sally writes a short, friendly "time for your next visit" email and drops it into your Follow-ups queue alongside your other drafts.
You review and approve
You read the draft, tweak the wording if you like, and hit approve to send, or dismiss it. Rebooking reminders never send automatically.
Turning it on
Rebooking reminders are opt-in per salon and off by default. To switch them on, flip the Rebooking nudges toggle in your settings. Once it's on, drafts start appearing in your Follow-ups queue as clients become due.
Setting per-service rebook cadence
Different services bring clients back on different rhythms, a fringe trim isn't a balayage. On each service in Services & rules you can set a rebook weeks value, and Sally uses that to decide when a client of that service is due. Leave it blank to let Sally learn from each client's own history instead, falling back to the ~6-week default.
How it avoids double-contacting
The whole point is a gentle, well-timed nudge, never a pile-on. Rebooking reminders are careful about who they reach:
- Skips anyone already booked, if a client has an upcoming appointment, they won't get a "time to rebook" nudge.
- Coordinates with win-back, Sally won't message a client about rebooking and lapsed win-back at the same time, so no one hears from you twice.
- Respects email opt-outs, anyone who has unsubscribed from your emails is never drafted a rebooking nudge.
- One nudge per due window, a client isn't pestered again and again for the same overdue visit.
It works in the chat and on your dashboard too
- Sally offers regulars their usual — when a returning client chats and they're due, Sally can offer "your usual cut with Mia?" right in the conversation, so rebooking happens where the customer already is.
- Due-to-rebook badges — your Clients list shows who's Due or Overdue at a glance, with a one-tap Rebook button on their record, for the moments you'd rather just book them yourself.
Your customer's experience
Clients receive a warm, personal-feeling email inviting them to book their next visit, with a link straight to your booking page. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and if someone opts out they're quietly removed from future rebooking nudges, no further messages.
