Google review requests

Turn happy visits into 5-star reviews — and repeat bookings — automatically, the day after each appointment.

More Google reviews mean more new customers find you. Suddenly Sorted emails each customer a friendly review request the day after their visit, and gently invites them to book their next appointment in the same email.

Turn it on

Review requests are available on Starter, Growth and Pro.

Find your Google review link

In Google Business Profile, copy your "Get more reviews" short link (it looks like https://g.page/r/…/review).

Paste it into setup

Go to Settings ▸ Business setup ▸ Google review requests, paste the link, and make sure the toggle is on.

Choose the send time

Pick what time of day (NZ time) the request goes out — we recommend mid-morning. Then Save changes.

The review-request email a customer receives the day after their visit — a friendly 'How was your visit?' with a Leave a review button and a Book your next visit button.
What your customer receives — the branded review-request email, with a one-tap review button (and a re-book nudge).

How it works

Send one by hand

Want to ask a specific customer right now? Open the Bookings page, find their booking, and tap ⭐ Ask for review. It uses the same email — handy for a standout visit you want to capture straight away.

Tip Reviews carry the most weight when they're fresh. Leaving the automatic next-day request on means you capture that goodwill while the visit is still top of mind — without lifting a finger.

Screenshots use sample data — the names, accounts and bookings shown are fictional.
