Insights: see what Sally's doing for your business

One page that adds up the bookings Sally captured while you were closed, shows how you're tracking against the period before, and points you at where the next bit of money is — your quiet windows, the regulars worth a nudge, and your top services.

It's easy to feel busy and still not know whether things are actually growing. Insights gives you the plain-English version: what Sally captured for you after hours, whether your bookings and revenue are up or down on the last stretch, and a few honest pointers on where to put your attention next. It's on every plan, and you don't have to set anything up — open it and the numbers are already there.

The Insights page with a range toggle across the top (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, This month), a 'while you were closed' value band estimating the dollar value of bookings Sally captured after hours along with chats handled, booked, reminders sent and review requests, a row of growth cards for bookings, estimated booking value, new vs returning and no-show rate each showing a change versus the previous period, and a 'where the opportunity is' section with a busy/quiet weekday chart, lapsing regulars to win back, and top services.
Insights at a glance: the after-hours value band up top, growth cards with a vs-previous-period change, and the "where the opportunity is" pointers below.

Opening Insights

In your dashboard, open Insights from the sidebar. Up the top is a date-range toggle7 days, 30 days, 90 days or This month. Pick a range and the whole page updates, including the "compared to the period before" figures, so you're always looking at like-for-like.

While you were closed

The first band is the one to enjoy. It estimates the dollar value of bookings Sally captured after hours — the ones that came in while you were closed and would otherwise have waited until morning, or gone to whoever answered first. Alongside the dollar figure you'll see how many chats Sally handled, how many turned into bookings, plus the reminders sent and review requests that went out on your behalf.

Two things worth knowing so the number means something:

How you're growing

Next is a row of growth cards, each with a change versus the previous period so you can see the direction of travel at a glance:

The vs-previous-period figure always compares the same length of time — your last 30 days against the 30 before that — so a jump or dip is a real shift, not just a longer window.

Where the opportunity is

The last section turns the numbers into a few things you can actually do something about:

Why it helps Insights answers the question every owner actually has: "is this thing working?" You get the after-hours dollars Sally rescued, an honest read on whether you're growing, and a short list of where to look next. Keep your opening hours and service prices current and the estimates stay sharp — then let the quiet-window and win-back pointers steer your next move.
