Open Bookings from the dashboard sidebar for a sortable table of all your appointments, past and upcoming.
Booking statuses
Every booking carries a status so you always know where it stands. You can confirm or cancel bookings, and there are three ways a new booking can be confirmed, all set in Business setup:
- Auto-confirm — bookings confirm themselves the moment they're made (the default rhythm for most businesses).
- You approve — new bookings wait in Pending until you confirm them yourself.
- The customer confirms — with confirm to hold, the slot is held while the customer taps a one-tap link; unconfirmed holds auto-release.
You'll also see a couple of in-between states in the list: a booking awaiting its deposit (held until the customer pays, then confirmed automatically — see deposits) and a confirm-to-hold booking waiting on the customer's tap. Both hold the slot in the meantime, so nobody can double-book it.
Filters and date ranges
- Filter the list to focus on what matters — for example by status.
- Custom date range — narrow the table to any span of dates, handy for end-of-week or end-of-month reviews.
Bulk actions
Select one or more rows and a bulk action bar appears. From there you can act on the whole selection at once:
- Bulk confirm a batch of pending bookings in one go.
- Bulk cancel when you need to clear several at once.
- Export your bookings to a file for your records or accounts.
Density toggle
Use the density control to switch between comfortable and compact rows. Compact tightens the spacing so you can see more bookings on screen at once — useful on a busy day.
Tracking no-shows
When a customer doesn't turn up, mark their appointment as No-show from the status dropdown (it shows in red) — see No-shows & auto-hold for what that unlocks. No-shows are kept out of your revenue and capacity figures, so your numbers stay honest — and over time you build a simple picture of how often it happens.
- Repeat-offender flag — if a customer has no-showed before, a small ⚠ warning badge with the count appears next to their name on the booking and in their client record (matched by phone number). You'll spot a repeat no-show at a glance.
- No-show rate — your dashboard shows an estimate of your no-show rate over the last 30 days. It stays an estimate until you mark appointments as done or no-show, so the more you keep statuses up to date, the more accurate it gets.
- Lightweight by design — there are no automatic penalties or charges; it's there to inform you. Pair it with reminders to prevent no-shows, and the waitlist to fill the gap when one happens.
