Clients & records

A lightweight client book that keeps every customer's details, history and your private notes in one place — and recognises your regulars.

Open Clients from the dashboard sidebar to see your customer records. Each client has a profile that builds up automatically as they book.

Client records & profiles

Every client gets a profile with their contact details and preferences in one place. New customers are added automatically when they book, so your client book fills itself in as you go.

Full booking history

Each profile keeps the client's complete visit history — every past and upcoming appointment, in one timeline. Handy for "when were they last in?" and for picking up where you left off.

Private notes

Add private notes to a client — "prefers a quiet appointment", "allergic to a particular product", "always runs ten minutes late". These notes are for your team only.

Kept private from Sally Your private notes are never shown to your AI assistant, so she can't read them back to a customer or leak them in chat. They stay between you and your team.

Recognising returning clients

When someone who's booked before comes back, they're recognised and matched to their existing record rather than creating a duplicate — so their history stays in one place. The client book is included from Starter up, so you don't need a top-tier plan to know your regulars.

Due-to-rebook badges & one-tap Rebook

Once a client has enough history, their record can carry a quiet badge showing where they sit in their usual rhythm — Due to rebook, Overdue to rebook, or a soft "due in ~N days" countdown, based on each service's rebooking cadence or their own visit pattern. And from any past visit in a client's record there's a one-tap Rebook button that pre-fills a new booking with their usual service. See rebooking reminders for the nudges Sally can draft on top.
