Using the calendar

Your visual calendar is where you run the day — switch views, drag bookings around, block off time, and add appointments by hand.

Open Calendar from the dashboard sidebar. It's a full drag-and-drop calendar built for a busy front desk.

Views

Switch between four views depending on what you need:

Drag to book or reschedule

The calendar is drag-and-drop:

Add a booking by hand

Took a booking over the phone or in person? Add it yourself from the calendar — pick the time, the service and the client, and save. It sits alongside the bookings Sally takes automatically.

Block off time

Block out time you're not available — lunch, a staff meeting, annual leave. Blocked time is treated as busy, so Sally won't offer it to customers.

Working-hours shading

The calendar shades the hours outside your opening times, so your real working day stands out at a glance and it's easy to keep bookings inside the hours you actually work.

Tip If you've connected Google Calendar, anything on your Google Calendar also shows as busy here — so personal events automatically protect your time.

Screenshots use sample data — the names, accounts and bookings shown are fictional.
