How do I get my booking link and share it?

Every account gets a bookable page at yoursalon.suddenly.co.nz, built from your setup. Copy the link or QR code from Settings and put it in your Instagram bio, Google profile or a text.

Where it lives

Your link is yoursalon.suddenly.co.nz. Copy it from Settings›Booking settings›Sharing, where you can also change the yoursalon part, grab a QR code and open a live preview. On an empty day, Home shows a Share booking link button that copies it too. The booking page and your free website are the same page: one link that shows your services, photos and reviews and takes the booking.

Get it live and shared

  1. Check your services and hours

    The page builds itself from your services & prices and opening hours. If those are right, the page is right.

    You'll see: your real services and only your real open times.

  2. Set your web address

    In Sharing, edit the part before .suddenly.co.nz to match your business. Save.

    You'll see: the link update everywhere, including the QR code.

  3. Put the link where people find you

    Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, Linktree, a “Book now” button on an old website, a text to a customer. Print the QR code for the window or a business card.

    You'll see: bookings arriving in your calendar the moment someone picks a time.

A trust layer populates from your setup with nothing extra to configure: an Open now pill, a next-available teaser, your Google rating, team photos and bios, a Popular tag on best-sellers, a “booked this week” line, and a sticky book bar on mobile.

What it won't do

Honest by designThe page never shows a time you can't honour. If a slot looks missing, it's because of your opening hours, a block, a pending hold, cleanup time, or a Google Calendar event marked busy. The page doesn't guess around them.
Plan noteThe booking page is on every plan. Free shows a small “Powered by Suddenly Sorted” line; paid plans can remove it. Compare plans.

Common questions

Can I use my own domain instead of suddenly.co.nz?

On the Pro plan, yes; message us and we'll connect it. On other plans, point a “Book now” button on your own domain at your Suddenly page, and set the part before .suddenly.co.nz to your business name.

What's the difference between the booking page and the chat widget?

The booking page is a whole page customers visit. The chat widget is Sally added to a website you already have, answering questions and booking there. Many owners use both.

I changed my web address. Does the old link still work?

Links you've already shared will stop working once you change the address, so update your Instagram bio and Google profile straight after. QR codes printed with the old address need reprinting.
