Getting started

Four short steps take you from a brand-new account to taking real bookings: sign up, build your setup from your Google listing, review and put Sally on your site, and go live.

Suddenly Sorted gives you an AI booking assistant (we call her Sally) that answers customers and takes bookings around the clock. The fastest way in: start from your Google listing and we build your services, hours and a free bookable website for you, so you're reviewing rather than typing. Here's the quickest path to going live.

The four steps

Create your free account at app.suddenly.co.nz/signup. No credit card needed to start. You'll land in your dashboard.

Start from your Google listing

Type your business name and suburb (or paste your Google link) and we do the heavy lifting: we pull your name, hours, address, photos and reviews from Google and build your setup for you, plus a real, bookable free website from it, in minutes. No typing it all in, no design work.

No Google listing? No problem. You can enter your services, prices, team and hours by hand in Business setup instead. This is the only information Sally speaks from, so accuracy matters either way.

Pick your business type while you're in Settings — hair, barber, beauty, wellness or clinic. It flavours the copy across your dashboard, emails and assistant so everything speaks your trade's language ("most booked cut" for a barber, not generic "appointments").

Review, then put Sally on your site

Check what we built, tweak your services, prices and policies (deposits, cancellations), and connect Google Calendar for two-way sync (optional but recommended). Then share your free website, copy your Embed widget snippet for your own site, or use your hosted booking page.

Go live

Use Try your assistant in the dashboard to test a few questions, then publish. Your customers can now book any time, day or night. The dashboard's onboarding checklist keeps track of what's done and what's left, so you can come back and finish setup any time.

Tip Building from your Google listing gets you most of the way in minutes. Spend a few extra minutes reviewing your services, prices and hours afterwards. Sally never invents details: if something isn't in your setup, she'll pass the question to your team instead of guessing.
